Join us to learn if you are a direct Eagle, social Parrot, compassionate Dove, or logical Owl! The Take Flight with DISC training program is a refreshing, reimagined approach to traditional personality style workshops, where you will develop new ways of treating others while being true to yourself.

Prior to attending the session, participants will complete a 10 – 15-minute online assessment. You will then receive a beautifully designed, personalized profile report about your style and how to tap into the power of your personality in individual interactions and to drive team success. Understanding your personality assessment can lead to more robust and healthier relationships, greater success at work, and a more joyful life!
