Delegate Stephanie Smith

Delegate Stephanie Smith represents Baltimore City’s 45th district in the Maryland House of Delegates, where she chairs the Baltimore City Delegation, is a member of the House Appropriations Committee, and Chairs the Education and Economic Development Subcommittee. Delegate Smith has passed over two dozen laws addressing public safety, economic justice, and education. By day, Delegate Smith serves as Assistant Director for Equity, Engagement and Communications in the Baltimore City Department of Planning.
