IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Advocacy) Committee

The mission of the CREWBaltimore IDEA Committee is to create equitable, diverse, and lasting relationships, in a safe atmosphere where all are welcome and given the opportunity to participate equally. A passionate committee focused on empowering and educating CREWBaltimore members to practice allyship in our daily lives, both professionally and personally. We are built on the foundation that CREWBaltimore is committed to advancing diversity, inclusion, equity, and advocacy principles within our chapter operations and community involvement, while striving to be a DEI leader within the real estate industry.
