Student Member
Student Members are full-time undergraduate or graduate students pursuing a career in commercial real estate.
Undergraduate Student Annual Dues = $125:
Graduate Student Annual Dues = $340 (after 6/15= $250)
Student Members do not need a QFCRE designation but must demonstrate an academic focus on or intention to enter the industry. Student Members receive the same CREWBaltimore and CREW Network benefits as Full Members.

CREW Network memberships are based on a calendar year, and expire on December 31.
Membership is tied to the individual and is non-transferrable from person to person, either within a company or otherwise.
Annual dues for membership in CREWBaltimore will be billed by CREW Network upon acceptance into the organization. The actual amount owed upon acceptance may vary based on when the applicant is approved for membership.
